Bid Package for Felicity Cedron Roadway Stabilization, FR-33-15

Purpose/Need: Installing a retaining wall on Felicity Cedron Road.

Action Necessary: Advertisement of Legal notice to obtain bids for the installation of a retaining wall.  Advertising for a total of 2 weeks with the legal notice advertised on March 9th and also placed on the County website.  Bid opening to be on March 23, 2016.

History of Project: A landslide on Felicity Cedron Road needs repaired with a retaining wall to prevent the road from further damage.

Costs: The estimated construction cost is $84,390.  MVG funds will pay for 100% of this project.

Expected Outcomes: Repair of the existing landslide on Felicity Cedron Road.

Time Period: The completion date for this project is set at August 4, 2017
